Tank Sizes Offered
Residential tank sizes are available in 120-, 250-, 330-, 500-, and 1000-gallon sizes depending on usage and home size. The 500- and 1,000-gallon tanks are also suitable for commercial uses, such as central heating in moderate-sized buildings or for commercial cooking or dry-cleaning establishments.
All tanks sizes except the 120-gallon tank are available only in horizontal configurations; the 250-gallon tank is a vertical tank. All tanks regardless of size are designed to provide a 30-day supply of propane to meet the monthly needs of the homeowner or business owner.
Requirements for Installation
When you use Diversified Energy for your propane storage tank installation, rest assured that we strictly adhere to all codes and safety guidelines. As a customer of Diversified, that’s our guarantee.
For instance, storage tanks are installed a minimum of ten feet from the home or building per code. As standard practice, Diversified’s delivery trucks can access the tanks up to 100-feet away, and Diversified also ensures that all tanks are protected from all traffic coming to/from the premises.
If you decide on an underground tank installation, Diversified is licensed in this area and urges customers not to attempt such installation on their own.
